What's the difference between the 4x6 and A4 label formats?

4x6 inches is the standard size for thermal shipping label printers used by most couriers and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Snapdeal. A4 is a full page size, used by platforms like Myntra that issue labels on regular printer paper. We automatically output the correct size for your selected platform.

Can I keep the tax invoice instead of removing it?

Yes. Check the "Yes, keep invoice" box before uploading and the invoice page will be kept as-is alongside the cropped label in your downloaded PDF, instead of being stripped out.

Why does my Amazon label show a SKU code I didn't expect?

Amazon's printed label often only shows a generic item type, not your actual product SKU. We pull the real seller SKU off the invoice page and print it on the label for you. You can choose whether it shows just the SKU code or the SKU with a product description using the radio buttons under the Amazon option.

Can I sort Snapdeal labels by SKU before printing?

Yes. When Snapdeal is selected, a "Sort labels by SKU" checkbox appears. Turning it on reorders every label across all your uploaded PDFs so matching products end up next to each other, making batch picking and packing much faster.

Can I process multiple PDF files at once?
